Stimming is short for self-stimulatory behaviour and is made up of repetitive movements, moving objects, words and phrases.
Its something we do to self soothe and self regulate.
Dangerous stims are things like pulling your hair, banging your head, scratching yourself, chewing dangerous items.
So if you or your child has dangerous stims I’m going to show you how you can redirect and change these habits to something safer.
